Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Limited (SCTL) invites online bids from eligible bidders for “Selection of Contractor for Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of the Rainwater Harvesting System in 2 identified locations in ABD area, Thiruvananthapuram” under the Smart Cities Mission Program of Government of India as per details given below:

Brief description of Work:
Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of the rainwater harvesting system in 2 identified locations. Within the two identified locations there are buildings identified where rainwater roof top need to be installed. The Buildings are mentioned below:
Location 1: Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation
TMC office main building
Annex building of TMC office main building
Indian Coffee House building
Location 2: Government Women’s College
Physics Block
Chemistry Block
Home Science Block
Annex Building of Home Science
Department of Biology and Zoology
E-Bidding Submission Guidelines
Bid documents including the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) can be downloaded free of cost from the Websites https://etenders.kerala.gov.in/nicgep/app; and http://www.tvmcity.in/tender-0. All bid documents are to be submitted online and in the designated cover(s)/ envelope(s) on the designated website in the ITB. Tender/ bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the designated website in the ITB and no manual submission of the same shall be entertained.
Late Bids will not be accepted; online submission due time will be as pe local server time. A bid submission fee shall be remitted online during the time of bid submission.
The hard copies of certificates and documents, as detailed in Instructions to the Bidders, shall be submitted subsequently after online submission of bids in a separate cover by registered post/speed post before the date and time of opening of technical bid.
Price Bid also shall be submitted through online only.
